Onederz Siem Reap

This is absolutely the best hostel I stayed in. Clean, cozy, nice restaurant with pretty good amount of options and tours. Best thing is absolutely the staff. Everyone is helpful, kind and polite. When I arrived and told reception about my bad experience in the last hostel, they let me check in early and upgraded my dorm without a charge. When I needed to get my laundry done and dry overnight (instead of regular 24 hour service) they did it faster without extra charge. Pub crawl was also good balance of chill and fun. Easy to identify other people from your group and staff because they give you a shirt. Staff members who went with us to the pub crawl were also fun and attentitive, lifting the mood and energy of our group and looking out for us. Thanks! Another good thing is convienient location. There were always tuktuks nearby the hostel waiting, if you book trough Grab, you dont need to wait long at all. Pub street and night market is within walking distance. Free and paid activities are organized everyday, some nights there are more people sometimes less, depends on the guess. But options are always there. During the free social night we got free shots and water. They also gave beer to quiz winners. The cleanliness is great, I saw staff clean frequently and there was never shortage of toilet paper or napkins. Shower has a little shelf and hooks, very comfortable set up. If I ever come to Cambodia again, I would defineatly stay here again.

This was my second stay with Onederz. Hostel is very well located (central to all attractions). Pool and rooftop bar were great with views of the city. Beds were comfortable, clean bathrooms and strong shower. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Great tour options from within.

This is a one of a kind hostel. It’s got everything you could need for a great time in Siem Reap. The staff are super helpful, the pools (there are 2!) are amazing. If you are a couple like we are, the private rooms are luxury with lots of space and a great bathroom. There are lots of activities and the communal area is spacious and nice to hang out in. The onsite restaurant and bar is so good it’s hard to eat elsewhere! It’s also in an ideal location near Pub street and the Night market. I can not rave about this place enough. Would return tomorrow if I could, best place have stayed in SEA in 6 weeks of travelling!

Staff were amazing, and couldn't do enough to help. We also did 3 organised tours and all were excellent. The guide for Angkor Wat was very very good and the food tour was very fun. The facilities are good, 3 pools, restaurant, Bar etc. The cooked food is decent at the restaurant, had an amazing salad and some great summer rolls. The bakery stuff like croissants cakes etc is maybe a bit overpriced and average in taste maybe, but general food and drink is good and cheap, and cheap beers, good, cheap cocktails. They put on so many events which is great - yoga, movie night, socials etc. Location is super central. Everything very clean. I stayed in a private room which was good, which even though they had a dj night you couldn't really hear the music as it was far from the bar. I liked that they did events and had a vibe, but it wasn't a party hostel. Easy to meet people but not a ravey place.
